The essentials
- Simplest: from a quest, Quest 58 “Fixing the Sicklops” (Newid Isle, post-game): quest item (steal it with Half-Inch from Atlas once it has 700 HP or less, instead of its common item; in battle, under the quest's condition).
- Cannot be sold.
“Simplest”, in this order: buy it (cheapest), pick it up, from a monster (best rate), make it, then the other sources.
