Alchemy
448 Krak Pot recipes, plus 22 “alchemiracles”: for 22 ultimate pieces of equipment, the same recipe can yield a better item, depending on one of the hero's stats. The filter also searches ingredients. A recipe is added to the Alchemy Book in three ways: by reading a book (327 recipes), when a character or a quest teaches it (49), or by making it once in the Krak Pot (the other 72, and the 22 alchemiracles). Each item's page says which.

The essentials
22 recipes for ultimate equipment can yield a better item. The chance (10 to 40% for most) rises with one of the hero's base stats, from 300 to 999; below 300 it stays at the minimum.
22 ultimate-equipment recipes have an “alchemiracle” version: with the same ingredients, the pot can produce the better item. Other recipes never do.
- Chance = min % + (stat − 300) × (max % − min %) ÷ (max − 300), rounded down and clamped: it rises 1% at a time.
- The stat is the hero's (strength, agility, resilience, deftness, charm, magical mending or magical might depending on the item), without equipment: the game reads the character's base value.
- Thresholds for 10–40% (300 to 999): 20% from 533, 30% from 766, 40% at 999. Below 300 the chance stays at the minimum (10 or 20%), never 0.
- Ingredients: the previous tier's item, 3 agates of evolution and 3 orbs of the item's colour (“Alchemiracles” table below).
- The roll: just one per attempt, from the same random sequence as the HP restored by Heal outside battle (the community's “Hoimi table”): a number from 0 to 99, alchemiracle if it is below the chance. Recipes with no alchemiracle roll nothing and do not move that sequence on.
- An alchemiracle adds both the alchemiracle recipe and the base recipe to the Alchemy Book.
