16. The Gittish Empire, Gittingham Palace and the Oubliette
Arrival in the Gittish Empire
- Talk to Stella and Sterling, then to Sterling in the train: the Gittish Empire is open.
- Good time for quests, advanced vocations and the ultimate key chests (and Dourbridge's secret shop): the end is near.
- Zoom to the Gortress and head east: you enter The Gittish Empire.
King Godwyn defeated (Gittingham Palace)
- Approach Gittingham Palace: the barrier lifts. At the entrance, Hootingham-Gore and two Bad karmour are waiting (take out the two armours first).
- The palace is long (on level 2 north, a bookshelf offers the Sage quest, 115Sages in the Pages). At the top of the outdoor part, defeat Goresby-Purrvis.
- Go through the door: Aquila takes on King Godwyn, in vain. Climb the stairs and talk to King Godwyn (two forms).
